If you want to report a staff member or player for abuse please have, Hard evidence of them abusing i.e. photos, videos, etc.

or Witnesses (More than 3 must come forward)
Make sure to include their:

In-game Name
What exactly their were doing that was abusive or offensive
How long it has been happening (if you know)
